She holds a Master’s degree in Development and Resource Economics, n and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Oslo.

The main focus of Caroline’s research has been on the analysis and evaluation of environment and resource-related projects, on incentives used in connection with public policy instruments and compensation contracts, and on relative efficiency analysis. She has also conducted economic experiments. In the course of her work, she has employed a broad specter of different tools for economic analysis, including both theoretical and quantitative methods.
