Mathie Rødal holds a Master of Science in Business with a specialization in economics. She began working as an analyst at Menon in August 2021 and has contributed to a number of projects. Mathie has gained experience with gathering, analyzing, systematizing, and communicating qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, workshops, surveys, and statistics from various sources into understandable reports.
Mathie has worked on projects related to tourism, welfare, transportation, construction, and infrastructure, as well as climate and environment. She has been involved in several economic analyses and evaluations including an evaluation of the child welfare reform on behalf of the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs and the Ministry of Children and Families. She has also been involved in a method development for assessing non-priced effects in economic analyses for Nye Veier and the Norwegian Railway Directorate. Mathie has also been involved in several economic analyses of the tourism industry, where she has conducted economic calculations to determine its impact.
