Aase Rangnes Seeberg holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the university of Oslo. In Menon, Aase specializes in analysis of public policy instruments and investments, including evaluations and cost-benefit analysis. She has experience with analysis ranging from simple cost-benefit assessments to more complex analysis.
She has conducted several complex concept evaluations, quality assurance projects (for the Ministry of Finance) in addition to cost-benefit analysis. Examples include identifying and quantifying benefits of several public initiatives and organizational changes and developing models for cost-benefit analysis in Python. Aase has also broad experience in developing guidelines and methodology for cost-benefit analysis.
Aase also has experience as an assistant to Professor Steinar Holden, and from an internship at Green Economics Institute in England.
