Senior Economist/PhD candidate
Endre Kildal Iversen is an economist who holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor’s degree from Bergen University. He has wide-ranging experience with economic issues related to productivity, competitiveness, the labour market and regional analyses.
Endre has led several projects within the tourism industry, including a nation-wide survey of value creation and competitiveness for the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, and an analysis of productivity development and related drivers for the Norwegian Research Council. He has also carried out a series of analyses of the regional significance of the tourism industry.
During his studies, Endre concentrated on labor economics and public finance, with special focus on behavioral economics. His master’s thesis on the influence of social norms on sickness absence was written in cooperation with the Centre for the Study of Equality, Social Organization (ESOP) at the University of Oslo.
