Menon is a well-respected expert environment for evaluations, and we have particular experience with the evaluation of public policy instruments.

We use the OECD’s model for evaluations as a framework. This model is specifically designed for the evaluation of public programs and public policy measures. In recent years, it has gained widespread acceptance and popularity, partly due to the fact that the European Union has started to use a similar model. The model evaluates public programs and initiatives according to their relevance, effect and efficiency. In addition, we evaluate and recommend options for actions that are likely to improve the effects of these measures in future.

Menon is particularly good at evaluating effects and efficiency. Amongst other tools and approaches, we use econometric models to measure the impact of public policy instruments and initiatives, and we have developed our own proprietary method for measuring the efficiency of organizations.
